Salsa Chicken

1 package of boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/2 cup salsa

taco seasoning packet




black beans


Put the chicken thighs and salsa in the instapot. Add 1/4-1/2 cup water. Put the instapot on meat and then high. Make sure it is in the sealed position. When it’s done take chicken out and put into a container, put taco seasoning on top and shred/mix around. Use this for taco salad, tacos, nachos…etc.

*If using a slow-cooker put the salsa and chicken on low for 6-8 hours. Once done cooking top with 1 packet of taco seasoning and shred.
