Simple Salad
3 cups of mixed greens
1/2 cup of whatever veggies you have in your fridge (I usually have onion, red pepper, broccoli)
2 hard boiled eggs
1-2oz of leftover meat from night before
1/2 an avocado
1TBSP chopped nuts
2 TBSP dressing (I love avocado ranch)
Toss everything together and enjoy!
