Smoothie recipe and more

Summer is almost here!!!  Are you ready for shorts, skirts, swimsuits?  If not, I’m here to help.  In a few short days I am releasing a FREE series called Rock Your Summer Body.  You will get nutrition tips, recipes, exercises and more.   Here is a sneak peek of what’s to come……..a recipe for one of my favorite smoothies, Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie.

1/2 cup almond milk or fat-free milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 TBSP peanut butter

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 banana

Put in blender and blender together until smooth
