Smoothie recipe and more

You will get nutrition tips, recipes, exercises and more. Here is a sneak peek of what’s to come……..a recipe for one of my favorite smoothies, Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie.
1/2 cup almond milk or fat-free milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 TBSP peanut butter
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
Put in blender and blender together until smooth
