St. Patrick’s Day Shake
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Treat yourself to a healthy shake today. This is one of my favorite “green” shakes.
St. Patrick’s Day Smoothie
1 cup Water
handful of spinach
2 TBSP of vanilla dry pudding mix
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tsp of mint extract
handful of ice
Blend together until smooth
