St. Patty’s Day Protein Shake
Here is your healthy St. Patty’s Day shake. I know we all love the ones that come from the fast food chain but we don’t love all the chemicals and other unpronounceable ingredients in it. Here is your St. Patrick’s Day shake that has 30 grams of protein and tastes good-I promise 🙂
Healthy St. Patty’s Day Protein Shake
4 oz almond milk
4 oz water
1/2 banana, frozen
1 cup spinach
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2-4 drops of mint extract
2 scoops Vanilla Life Shake
2 scoops Collagen-9
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with almond milk reddi-whip

Notes: to make it thicker use less liquid and more frozen banana. To make it more minty use a few more drops of mint extract.
