Sugar Detox Smoothie
1/2 cup water, coconut water or coconut milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup mango
20-30g vanilla protein powder
handful of spinach
1 TBSP lemon juice
1/4 avocado
Mix well and enjoy!!
