It might not look like spring or summer outside but it will be coming! Are you ready for May 28th? The unofficial first day of summer. Let’s get ready for boating, pool time, cabins, being outside, wearing shorts…….do you feel ready for shorts?
If not, this challenge is for you. We will lose weight, lose inches, tone up and get started on your fitness goals. In just 21 days you will learn what to eat, how to workout, what exercises to do and so much more.
Here are the details:
- weekly meal plans
- weekly recipes
- If you are local-2x per week of Body Works’s famous fat burning group training. If you are not local-weekly cardio and strength workouts sent to you
- Private FaceBook group for motivation and support
- Weekly emails
- Bonus 4th week of recipes and meal plan including how to enjoy your summer holidays without packing on the pounds.
If you want to feel better this summer, then this challenge is for you.
