Taco Salad

Serves 1 with leftovers for 3 days

1 package of ground turkey

1 package of taco seasoning

1/2 cup veggies

3 cups lettuce

Salsa

Avocado

Cook ground turkey until cooked through. Add water and taco seasoning per directions on taco seasoning packet.

On a plate layer lettuce, veggies, 3-4oz of ground turkey, salsa and 1/2 an avocado.

Optional: add a handful of crushed chips
