Tropical Paradise Smoothie

This smoothie will transport you to a beach vacation. It’s my new favorite smoothie-refreshing, light and perfect for summer.

The kiwi in this smoothie provides Vitamin C, potassium, fiber and enzymes to help with digestion (meaning less bloat!)

The pineapple provides potassium and Vitamin C both are crucial to your immune system and helping you recover after your workouts.

The banana gives you magnesium, folate and Vitamin B6 to help your body recover after workouts.

The collagen provides vital proteins for strong hair, nails and bright skin. My favorite protein powder is you guessed it for protein. Protein is important for lean muscle growth, keeping muscle and longevity.

Tropical Paradise Smoothie

1 kiwi

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 banana

1 scoop pineapple mango collagen

30g Vanilla protein powder

Water or almond milk

Blend well and enjoy!!
