Tropical Shrimp Bowls
I can’t take credit for this recipe. My friend sent it to me and I’m so glad she did. It is delicious!
The photograph isn’t very good 🙂 and I would recommend putting it in a bowl and eating it all together because you need to fat from the avocado to tone down the heat from the chili sauce.
I definitely want to try this with grilled shrimp-I think that would be next level goodness.

Tropical Shrimp Bowls
Serves 4
1lbs large shrimp peeled and devined
1 TBSP olive oil
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Toss all that together. Sautee shrimp 2-3 minutes or until done
Mango Salsa
1 mango
1/4 red onion finely chopped
1 jalapeno seeded and chopped
1/4 cup cilantro
1 TBSP lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 avocado chopped up
Toss all of the mango salsa together in a bowl
Lime Chili Sauce
1/4 c mayo
2 TBSP siracha
1 TBSP lime juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Mix this all together in a bowl.
Drizzle lime chili sauce over shrimp or toss shrimp in the sauce. Put mango salsa on top and eat with rice.
Enjoy!
