Here is a healthy, protein packed smoothie you can share with your valentine this Valentine’s Day.  You can enjoy this smoothie for breakfast, snack or as a dessert.

2 cups of chocolate skim or almond milk

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

1 TBSP cocoa powder

1 cup of frozen cherries

Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy with your sweetie!
