What does being healthy mean?
Being healthy means feeling your best. It might mean reducing your bloat, it might mean having less joint pain, or increasing your energy! Being healthy means something different for everyone. For me it means, feeling my best 95% of the time. So, how do we feel our best 95% of the time? You have to find what works for you regarding your nutrition, fitness and mindset.
For me it looks like listening to uplifting podcasts and reading personal development books. It means working out 6 days a week and eating healthy 80-90% of the time. That doesn’t mean this is what your version of healthy looks like. Perhaps you are a beginner so for you it might mean moving your body for 10 minutes every day and eating a healthy breakfast Or maybe it means drinking more water and less soda.
Think of 1 symptom you have right now that you wish you didn’t have (low energy, brain fog…etc). Now imagine how you would feel if you didn’t have that symptom. How would your life be different? How would your body feel? What would you be able to do that you can’t do now?
