Who won the New Year, New You Challenge?
We started the New Year, New You challenge on January 13, 2020. There were 12 of us in this 30 day challenge. In total this amazing group lost 53.1lbs and 47.25 inches!
What did we have to do for 30 days? We started with a 7 day healthy cleanse (which included food!), followed by taking a strip of multivitamins and drinking 1 protein shake per day. Our other 2 meals comprised of protein, carbs, fruit/veggies. We had 1-2 snacks per day where were also protein, carbs, fat and fruit/veggie. We are not starving ourselves we are learning how to eat healthy to reduce sugar cravings, reduce bloat and gain energy.
AND the Winners are…………..Kristen is in first place. She lost over 5% of her body weight in 30 days! Kristen was the runner up for most inches lost at 8.25!
Chrissy was our runner up for most % of body weight lost but she did win most inches lost. Chrissy lost 10 inches!
Trisha was our winner for most body fat lost and muscle gained! She lost over 3% body fat and gained 2% muscle. That is amazing in such a short amount of time!
