What Will Work For You


I have been nutrition coaching for a while now.  I have coached over 200 clients. In that time I have seen programs work really well for some and the same program not work for some.  I have learned a lot about human behavior AND why some people can lose weight and others can’t.  Here is what it boils down to:


  1. Mindset-you have to know WHY you want to lose weight.  Your WHY has to be stronger then your desire to eat the cookie.  If your mind is not in the right place then NO program will work.  Watch the video to learn more about why your WHY needs to be BIG in order for you to lose weight.


2. Community-let’s be real, it is hard to lose weight so having a community of people to support you is key.   Finding a coach that can help you-teach you healthy habits and help you to grow into a healthy person.  The program you choose should have a community behind it to support you when you have challenges and cheer you on during your wins.

3. Longevity-the program you choose should be something you can do forever.  The program might change once you reach your goal weight but it needs to be something that is sustainable for you.
