Year in Review 2019
It’s almost New Year’s Eve and I like to go through my goals for the year and set new ones for the next year. Do you do this? If not, I would highly recommend it. It’s amazing what you forgot you did and celebrating all the successes and failures along the way. This year is especially important because we are starting a new decade!
I highly encourage you to sit down and list out everything you have done the last 10 years the celebrate all you have done. Once you have your list do back over it and write down everything you learned from all those things you can done whether they turned out how you wanted to or not. Then after that look over the list and decide what you don’t want to do the next 10 years. Maybe you don’t like your job…..start looking for a new one. Maybe you love the volunteer work you do…..can you do more of that to bring yourself more joy? Where can you bring more joy and take away the things that don’t bring you joy?
Since we are talking about what brings you joy and celebrating our successes I want to highlight some of my client’s transformations this year. They have reached their goals or are still working on it but their minds and bodies have been transformed to a happier and healthier life.
The most impressive thing about this is that their habits have changed. They know what to eat to fuel their body and what workouts to do to help them reach their goals. Congrats to all of them and all my clients that decided to take their health into their hands and reach their goals!
